The process is very easy and straight-forward. To Get Certified, businesses will run our Trust Index™ Survey with their employees and will complete a short 30-minute questionnaire, in order to Get Certified.
We use our For All™ Model and Methodology to evaluate our pool of Great Place To Work Certified™ companies.
To determine the Best Workplaces for Women™, Great Place To Work® will analyse confidential feedback provided by Australian employees through the Trust Index© survey.
Employees will respond to over 60 survey questions examining the extent their organisation has created a Great Place To Work For All™. Eighty-five percent of the evaluation is based on what women report about their workplace – whether people trust the management that they work for, have pride in what they do, and enjoy the camaraderie with their colleagues. The survey also measures if employees are able to maximise their potential in the workplace regardless of who they are or what they do. We will also consider the consistency of women’s experiences in the areas of innovation, and the effectiveness of their leaders as well.
The remaining fifteen percent of the evaluation will be based on how well-represented women are in the workforce and throughout management, taking into account industry trends. To be considered, companies need to employ at least 50 women.
To ensure survey results truly represent all employees, Great Place To Work® requires that the Trust Index© survey results are accurate to a 95% confidence level with a 5% margin of error or better. Companies with at least 100 employees will be considered for the list.
First, rest assured, we keep results completely confidential. We never disclose the names of companies who participate in the process but do not get recognised. You have nothing to lose.
You gain the benefits of employee feedback and can use our helpful reports and analytics to gain actionable insights about your business.
