Stuart is a highly experienced strategic Human Resources professional who promotes organisational change to transform people, drive performance and deliver sustained value.
Holding roles in both business and human resources at executive and general management level, Stuart has spent significant parts of his working career in some of Australia’s largest and most well-known banks and held roles across HR, change management, institutional banking and strategic management.
With expertise in areas such as understanding and driving organisational culture change and preparing for the future of work as well as Enterprise and Strategic Workforce Planning, Stuart joins the Great Place To Work Australia team as our leading Strategic People Consultant to work with clients across Australia improving employee experience and engagement – and living out our mission – of making every workplace a great place to work for all.
Valentina Lwin Bailey
Senior Consultant - Great Place To Work ANZ & ASEAN
A senior HR professional with a combined experience of 25 years across higher education, government and corporate sectors in Australia and Myanmar (Burma). For the past 15+ years, has been in leadership roles in organisational design, talent management, employee engagement and workplace culture. In these roles.
Valentina fell into the HR quite by accident. After spending some time in Quality Assurance Department at a Western Australian university, she was asked to join the L&D team to train and guide managers on implementing continuous improvement strategies. In this role she was fully able to exercise her strengths – communication and facilitation skills – to guide leaders on organisational effectiveness initiatives. Natural progression within the organisation broadened Valentina’s scope to include leadership development, change management and diversity and inclusion.
In 2017, Valentina took on a challenge to head up organisational development & talent management function at a telecommunication MNC in Myanmar (Burma). There she discovered Great Place To Work as workplace culture assessment tool and led the organisation to be Certified for consecutive years. She later took on role of Head of HR at a large local land developer where she managed people matters for local and expat staff across different project sites.
In her current role as Senior Consultant at Great Place To Work, she provides advisory and coaching services to People and Culture managers, Senior Leadership Teams (SLT/ELT), and C-Suite on ways to enhance organization culture and workplace experience for their employees.
Being passionate about education and people development, Valentina has taught undergraduate programs as a sessional (casual) lecturer and currently coaches and mentors young professionals in the areas of HR, management and career planning.
