Maud’s unique perspective is shaped by a career that bridges global investment banking and applied behavioural science. Before founding Serendis, she held leadership roles in capital markets across London and Paris, and today she combines business acumen with a deep understanding of the psychological levers that influence human behaviour at work.

Maud‘s proprietary leadership frameworks around cognitive diversity and adaptive leadership, as essential levers for organisational performance and longevity are what really set her work apart, and this coupled with the technology platforms she has developed, have reshaped how leading organisations embed mentoring, sponsorship, and coaching initiatives in their workplaces.
