Our online reporting tools allow you to interrogate survey results in a number of ways
Team/Manager Analysis – view scores by every team in your organisation to identify their unique priorities for improvement
Demographic Analysis – view differing perspectives amongst your employee groups to better tailor your action planning
Comments Analysis – view comments left by your employees to better understand their perspectives and concerns
Pulse Survey – view pulse survey results to monitor the impact of actions over time
Whilst our Online Reporting allows managers to have easy access to their results we know that some people prefer to have a report to takeaway and read through in their own time. You can therefore generate PowerPoint Manager Reports through the Insight Tool which are designed to take you through team scores and generate action plans.
Our Manager Reports begin with a high level summary of Trust Index© scores and the Top/Bottom 3 Categories for the team. The report then moves onto Category scores as signposts to priority areas and then comprising statement scores for more detail.
