"I joined EstimateOne for a lot of reasons.  A big part of that was I was constantly being told by people that it's a great place to work.  After 16 months in the chair, that has proven to be an understatement.     A few things stick out to me about why it's such a great place to work.     We have a meaningful purpose.  We are trying really hard to make the lives of people who work in construction easier.  It's a tough industry with a disproportionate level of mental health issues compared to society and most other Industries.  If we can help save some time every day and deliver some peace of mind through better decision making I think that can have a meaningful impact.   We are values driven. We actually live by our values,  we bake them into our rituals and into our individual performance evaluations.  And they aren’t fluffy, they really cut through.   People really care about each other.  Both from a pastoral care and a career development perspective.  It’s a warm, encouraging and challenging environment.  Which is a tough balance to achieve.     There is a huge opportunity to solve more problems for our customers and as a result to be a really exciting high growth business.  We are already the market leader for what we do in Australia and now we are taking on the world.
