When I joined EMSA I was immediately aware of culture and vibe of the business, it started with my first interaction on reception at the Brisbane office. I could see how important setting a standard for team engagement and interaction was important to Shannon Semenikow our CEO. He leads by example and creates an open, inclusive environment with genuine care an concern for each of the team members. That feeling is then reflected person to person through the business, so it is no surprise that we are now recognised as a high achieving business via the Great Places To Work survey.
