For more than 25 years, we have prided ourselves on creating a progressive working environment for our team – both personally and professionally and we believe this is even more critical as we continue to grow the Lifewealth team.
Our long-held belief is that a strong culture ensures we deliver on our mission for our people and, in turn, our people deliver on the mission for our clients.
Our workplace culture starts from one simple belief: all of us, every day, build a great workplace based on how we carry ourselves, how we support each other, and remembering how valuable the work we do for our clients is. We each have the power to build something great we can all be proud of.
We are proud of this recognition; we are even prouder of our Lifewealth team and our ongoing focus on improving as a business for our clients.

Start by earning Great Place To Work-Certified™ status through the Trust Index™ employee survey and the Culture Brief. Once Certified, eligible organizations are considered for Best Workplaces™ lists during the qualification period.
Best Workplaces™ recognition is based on employee feedback collected through the Trust Index™ survey, supported by your Culture Brief submission. This keeps the focus on the real employee experience rather than marketing claims.
Eligibility starts with becoming Great Place to Work-Certified™. Your organization also needs to meet the list’s timing and participation requirements, so your results fall within the qualification window for that Best Workplaces™ list.
The Culture Brief is a short questionnaire about your organization to support your survey results. The Culture Audit goes deeper, typically asking for more detailed descriptions and evidence of your workplace practices.
