At Specsavers, we change lives through better sight and hearing—and we do it with care, confidence and great value.
Together with our store partners and teams, we deliver expert optometry and audiology services that put people first, without putting price out of reach. With more than 400 stores and over 9,000 partners and team members across Australia and New Zealand, we’re proud to be the region’s leading provider of eye and hearing care.
We believe everyone deserves to see and hear life clearly. That’s why we focus on early detection, timely intervention and collaborative care—helping to reduce preventable vision loss and hearing issues, and making quality eyecare and hearing care accessible to all. Because when you can see and hear better, life looks (and sounds) better too.
Start by earning Great Place To Work-Certified™ status through the Trust Index™ employee survey and the Culture Brief. Once Certified, eligible organizations are considered for Best Workplaces™ lists during the qualification period.
How are Best Workplaces selected?
Best Workplaces™ recognition is based on employee feedback collected through the Trust Index™ survey, supported by your Culture Brief submission. This keeps the focus on the real employee experience rather than marketing claims.
Who’s eligible for Great Place to Work’s Best Workplaces Lists?
Eligibility starts with becoming Great Place to Work-Certified™. Your organization also needs to meet the list’s timing and participation requirements, so your results fall within the qualification window for that Best Workplaces™ list.
What's the difference between the Culture Brief and Culture Audit?
The Culture Brief is a short questionnaire about your organization to support your survey results. The Culture Audit goes deeper, typically asking for more detailed descriptions and evidence of your workplace practices.
